Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of sportslabshq.com, its lab sites (Bet Lab, NFL Lab, MLB Lab, NHL Lab, Arb Lab, Soccer Lab, Fantasy Frontier and team hubs), apps and Discord server (the "Service"), operated by Sports Labs ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, a resident of the United States, and not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service provides informational and entertainment content only. Sports Labs is not a sportsbook. We accept no wagers, do not handle funds for wagering, and do not offer gambling services. Nothing in the Service is betting, financial, investment or legal advice. Highlighted plays, projections, edge estimates and scores are estimates based on public information and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. No outcome is guaranteed, and you alone are responsible for any decision you make.

3. Accounts

Keep your login secure. One account per person. You may not share, resell or redistribute your account or the Service's content.

4. Subscription Terms

Free trial and automatic renewal. Your 7-day free trial begins when you sign up. If you provide a payment method, unless you cancel before the trial ends on the date shown at checkout, your subscription will automatically renew and we will charge your payment method $20.00 per month (or $100.00 per year for the Annual plan), plus applicable tax, until you cancel. The renewal price and billing date are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Cancel anytime online in Settings → Billing (or through your Apple ID for iOS purchases). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' email notice before any price increase takes effect, and you can cancel before it does. Annual plans: we will email a reminder 15 to 45 days before each annual renewal.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, interference with the Service, or redistribution of Highlighted plays or other content.

6. Third-party content and links

The Service may show third-party prices, content or links. We don't control third-party sites and are not responsible for them. Sports Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, player, book, exchange or fantasy operator. All trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by Sports Labs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms. Copyright notices: support@sportslabshq.com.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA, SCORES AND HIGHLIGHTED PLAYS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DATA MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE OR WRONG.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTS LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY GAMBLING, WAGERING, CONTEST OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sports Labs harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to send us written notice and try to resolve it informally for 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be settled by individual binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to bring or join a class action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. If 25 or more similar claims are filed, they may be administered in batches. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@sportslabshq.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Claims not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will give notice of material changes. We may suspend or end access for violations. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Subscription Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. Contact: support@sportslabshq.com.
